It started with a vow — and a single sapling planted in temple soil.
The Shree Gundicha Foundation was founded with a singular purpose: to translate the boundless love we feel for the divine into tangible service for those who need it most. Every year on the holy day of Rath Yatra, our small group of devotees gathered to ask a simple question — how do we bring temple grace to the streets, the schools, the hospitals?
From those first conversations, a movement was born. Today, we operate across multiple districts, run dozens of welfare programs, and gather thousands of devotees and volunteers each year — but our north star has never changed.
We believe that every act of service is a flower at the deity's feet, and every rupee of donation is a lamp lit in the eternal darkness of suffering.
To serve humanity through devotional action — providing education, healthcare, environmental protection, and crisis relief while preserving our cultural heritage for generations to come.
A world where the spirit of seva (selfless service) lives in every home, where no devotee turns away a hungry soul, and where the temple's light reaches the darkest corners of society.
Bhakti (devotion), Karuna (compassion), Seva (service), Satya (truth), and Daan (giving) — these five principles guide every decision we make.
Volunteers, trustees, and devotees united in a single purpose.
